New Birthday Card Idea

The 18th birthday of a family member is quickly approaching, so I recently threw together this card. I used pink flocking on the top of the cupcake. This is my first time to try flocking out. I'm so pleased with the flocked results that I think everything in my house should now be flocked. The second photo is a closeup shot of the flocked area. I used pink cardstock, rubber stamps I had around and 3D sticker embellishments.

My First Wegman's! (Saltwater Taffy)

I've been so envious of all my fellow crafters and foodies that have access to the much coveted Wegman's grocery store chain. Well it just so happens that my work brought me to New York for the third time this year... this time to Upstate NY - Geneva to be exact. Here's my loot, errr... what's left of my loot - 5.1 pounds of saltwater taffy for a mere $12! Score! It tastes just as good as it looks too! If only we could get saltwater taffy this good out here in Southern California and for so cheap...
