I've been getting into stenciling lately and have made a few shirts and bags. Here's a photo of my 4 year old proudly modeling his new shirt. :) I bought the stencils from the oh-so-popular Stencil1 for $10 each plus shipping. You can also make your own using various tutorials online; though I have yet to try it.
