Better Homes & Gardens has a nifty online Pumpkin Stencil Maker that allows visitors to design a pumpkin face to their liking using the various templates that they provide. After you get the design how you want it, you can enlarge or reduce the size of the different features. When it's to your liking, it can be printed out! Above is one I designed using their program.
