While doing the cookie supply shopping yesterday morning, I spotted a new product in the refrigerator section from Pilsbury - Smores Cookies. I decided to pick up a pack and try them out... not too shabby! I suppose one could make these on their own by using a chocolate chip cookie recipe and then adding tiny pieces of graham cracker and marshmallow to the dough.
